New Kia Rio type manual transmission is priced at USD 208 million, USD 223 million automatic type while the type Platinum comes with automatic transmission only cost Rp 242 million. Meanwhile, the New Kia Picanto manual type sold at USD 157 million, USD 171 million automatic type and the type of Platinum also comes with automatic transmission only cost Rp 187 million. Logistic & Production General Manager of PT KMI Arifani Perbowo explained, the difference Rio platinum standards and types exist on the features, interior and exterior. On the exterior, Rio Platinum already has lights Daytime Running Light (DRL), side skirts, shark antenna and a rim 17 inches. "The interior if the Rio Platinum has dual airabag, start / stop button remote engine and steering," said Arifani in Jakarta. While Kia Picanto Platinum is also different in the sector features, exterior and interior with standard Picanto. Picanto Platinum already has a start / stop button engine.
